I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the work of your 911 engineers assigned to the City of Indianapolis 911 Dispatch Center at 47 S. State Ave. Recently we had connectivity issues at our backup 911 center with bad storms heading towards Indianapolis. Greg Disney and Ryan Petrow worked diligently in helping recover our connectivity to our 911 backup site. I just wanted to let you know we really appreciate the work of all of your staff.
